 We hope that you will join us as a lover of reading on the day of the event

to help celebrate Canadian literature and its related enterprises 🙂

How to register as a vendor~

  1. Fill out the booking application form
  2. Submit to the Vendor Coordinator for approval
  3. Receive Approval with payment links
  4. Pay through PayPal using your existing account or a Credit Card

*Note – All payments must be received in order to secure your spot



Single 6′ table  (Sorry, no half tables)

New Vendors – $30

Double table – $50

Returning Vendors – $25

WCYR/WCDR Members – $20


The following vendors are being accepted:~

  • Authors
  • Publishers
  • New Book Stores
  • New Books sellers
  • Writing Communities
  • Craft sellers (limited availability)


The following vendors are not being accepted:~

  • Erotica
  • Printing shops
  • Editor services
  • Artwork services
  • Used book sellers
  • Any vendor focusing on selling to authors or publishers


The focus of this event is the reader.
If your product or service is focused on authors or publishers, please do not book.
